A Dynamic Strength Class is designed to help you complete some of the training that can drop off your schedule. You live a busy life, you enjoy your training however planning the sessions takes time and dedication. Let someone else take the strain out of your week, complete a great training session, be pushed and feel energised for the week ahead.
