Pilates Classes creating Movement Health for Your Body

Are you tired of going round in circles with your back pain? Feel depressed at recurrence of injuries? There is an answer that can change the way you feel and improve the movement patterns of your body.

Clinical Pilates Classes are run by our experienced team of trained professionals who are Chartered Physiotherapists or Sports Exercise Therapists. Pilates helps address the underlying movement faults that are present within your body. Your body needs to learn and repeat good movement patterns to adapt the muscles to the correct choices in movement. This breaks down the over dominance of muscles that can stress the joints and ligaments within the body. The result, you have the movement patterns your body is craving.
